Mitt Romney’s choice of Paul Ryan gives us big opportunities to get “fund us, cut military spending” into the election debate. It’ll take some work, though.

Paul Ryan’s platform says:
Throw more money at the Pentagon.
Slash safety net programs we use.
Give millionaires and billionaires more tax breaks.

It adds up to: austerity for us, prosperity for the Pentagon and the 1%.
But most media and think tanks aren’t picking up on the military part of the agenda. So that’s up to us.
